Information Collected from Affiliates
When you join the Goldylost Affiliate Program, we may collect information including your email, personal details, payment information, and social media profiles. This information helps merchants assess affiliate backgrounds and potentials, manage activities, and make contact if required.
Information Collected from Customers on Merchant Websites
To track referral sales, when customers visit a merchant’s website and make a purchase, the Goldylost Affiliate system collects certain order information—like total value, purchased items, and order ID.

Welcome to Goldylost! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.
The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to purchase products or services from the merchant.
By participating in this Program, you agree to use the Program as specified in, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not fully accept these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorised to register as an Affiliate or to participate in any way.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or decline ANY Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal claim against us if your application is not accepted.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Your main affiliate link is generated automatically, but you also have the option to create specific links for particular products or collections. If someone clicks another affiliate’s link and later clicks yours, your link will take priority.
You may or may not be assigned a unique coupon code, with details provided in your Affiliate Dashboard. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses a coupon code, only one commission will be paid. If you haven’t been provided with a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote it.
You are welcome to promote the Goldylost website on digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or via offline avenues like classifieds, magazines, or print ads.
3. Commission and Payment
Goldylost offers a tiered commission structure with three levels:
Level 1: 4.5%
Level 2: 6.5%
Level 3: 8%
The commission factor is applied to the total amount paid by the customer.
All new affiliates will begin at Level 1, unless a different level is discussed and agreed to in writing by the Goldylost team. Commissions higher than these amounts are certainly possible but will be discussed individually with high-performing affiliates.
Commission is calculated based on the total order value, excluding shipping, taxes, and any additional fees.
The purpose of the affiliate program is to collaborate with members of our community and introduce new customers to Goldylost. For this reason, commissions will not be paid for purchases made by customers who have had a consultation with Goldylost within the past 120 days (4 months). We reserve the right to verify this prior to issuing any payment.
When is commission earned?
Commission is only earned when all of the following conditions are met:
The customer has received their item,
The 7-day return period has passed, making the sale final,
The order has not been refunded or resulted in a chargeback.
Once these conditions are satisfied, the commission will be marked as earned, and the payment will be processed within 7 days (bank transfer or PayPal).
For pre-orders, which are made-to-order items and may take approximately 12 weeks to ship, commission will only be earned after the customer receives the item and the 7-day return period has passed.
To receive payment, affiliates must ensure that their payment details are accurate and up to date in the Settings section of the affiliate dashboard. Commission status can be tracked under the Commission tab, and any paid commissions will appear in the Payment tab.
Goldylost reserves the right to review and validate any referral orders under our fair use policy to ensure the integrity of the program.
4. Discount Code and Promo Link
Once your affiliate application has been approved, you will be provided with:
A personalised discount code to share with your audience, and
A unique tracking link that directs customers to the Goldylost website.
This discount code will be exclusive to you and can be used by your referred customers to receive a special offer at checkout.
Your unique promo link is essential for tracking referrals. When a customer clicks on your link, their activity is tracked for 90 days. If a qualifying purchase is made during that time, the sale will be attributed to your account and commission will be calculated accordingly.
Only purchases made through your assigned link will be recognised for commission. Sharing this link with your audience is the official and required method for Goldylost to track and verify referrals.
In cases where a single customer is linked to two or more affiliates, the commission will be split equally among the affiliates involved.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct link is used in your content, promotions, and communications. Misuse of tracking links or discount codes may result in loss of commission or removal from the affiliate program.
5. Network
If the Network tab is available, affiliates can invite others to join as sub-affiliates. If your downline affiliate brings a sale to Goldylost, you’ll also earn network commission as outlined by the merchant’s settings.
Invite new affiliates by sharing your network link; anyone who signs up via your link becomes your downline affiliate.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to track people who have clicked your link, so cookies must be enabled for us to track and record your referrals.
