We are so happy you have decided to purchase from us, that not only are we going to send you the most gorgeous hair you’ve ever seen, but to thank you, we will cover the shipping cost!
And just like everything we do… we do not stinge on quality! We pay top dollar to get you the fastest and safest shipping available.

SHIPPING TIMELINE:

All standard orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped from either Sydney, Australia or Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA. Please allow 1 – 7 days for processing.

Australia Shipping Times:
For Domestic (Australia) orders, we ship Express with Australia Post. The estimated shipping time is 1 – 2 business days.

International Orders:
For International orders, we ship Express with DHL Express. Estimated time frames worldwide are 5 – 15 days, depending on location. These timeframes are estimates, and delays can occur. Goldylost can not be responsible for delivery times or for you receiving your order by a specific date.

Pre-orders & Backorders:
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that the item is not currently in stock and will be manufactured specifically for you, therefore, the processing time will differ. While GoldyLost Hair endeavours to dispatch all pre-orders within an estimated 12-week timeframe, this period is not guaranteed and may be extended due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to global hair sourcing delays, handcrafting timelines, and supplier constraints. Pre-orders are exempt from fixed delivery windows, and by completing your purchase, you agree that no fixed delivery date applies. GoldyLost Hair shall not be held liable for delays beyond the estimated timeframe. Because of the delicate nature of the process, production times can vary, and in some cases, shipping time may extend beyond the 12-week timeframe. This is not a process that can be rushed, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare something truly special for you.

All shipping used by Goldylost is safe; it requires a signature on delivery and has full internet tracking. You will receive tracking details via email so you can follow your hair online.

DUTIES AND TAXES:

Goldylost is based in Sydney, Australia. You may be required to pay duties or taxes on your purchase.

Australian Orders:
All prices are shown exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). This will be calculated at checkout and must be paid by all Australian buyers only. In the case of a return for refund, GST will also be refunded.

International Orders:
For International shipping, you may be required to pay inbound duties or taxes before you can receive your delivery. The amount depends on your local customs and is a percentage of the total amount paid for the item. Please check if you are required to pay any duties or taxes before making a purchase. These taxes are not paid to GoldyLost and are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.

Non-payment of these charges will result in your item being returned to GoldyLost. Please contact us at contact@goldylost.com to organise reshipment at your own cost or to cancel the order, which will incur a $250AUD ($250USD for international orders) restock fee.

By law, Goldylost must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.

Please be aware that we do not ship to Italy or Spain due to Government restrictions on human hair items.

DELIVERY ISSUES:

Please ensure you put the correct address, a valid phone number and an email address at checkout. You will receive your tracking information via email once your item has been shipped. Please check your tracking to ensure there are no issues or delays.

Australia Post, DHL Express or FedEx might reach out to you during the shipping process.

Wrong Address:
If you put the wrong address at checkout out please email contact@goldylost.com asap. If your item has not yet been shipped, we can amend this for you before shipping out. Once the item has been shipped, you will be required to contact the shipping company directly.

Failure to Collect:
If you are not home when your package arrives, it will be taken to a local post office for redelivery or collection. If you do not organise redelivery or collect your parcel within the requested time frame, your package will return to sender (GoldyLost). We will be able to reship the item to you at your own cost or cancel your order, which will incur a restock fee of $250AUD ($250USD for international orders).

Goldylost is not responsible for packages that are lost during “return to sender”.

Delivered but not received:
In the unlikely case your item was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you will be required to follow up with Australia Post, DHL Express or FedEx on where the item was delivered (ensure you provided the correct address) and who signed for the package.
