1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or decline ANY Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal claim against us if your application is not accepted.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Your main affiliate link is generated automatically, but you also have the option to create specific links for particular products or collections. If someone clicks another affiliate’s link and later clicks yours, your link will take priority.
You may or may not be assigned a unique coupon code, with details provided in your Affiliate Dashboard. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses a coupon code, only one commission will be paid. If you haven’t been provided with a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote it.
You are welcome to promote the Goldylost website on digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or via offline avenues like classifieds, magazines, or print ads.
3. Commission and Payment
When you refer customers who make a purchase on our website, you earn a commission according to our Commission Structure. Commission is calculated based on the order value, excluding fees such as tax or shipping.
To receive payment, ensure your payment details are up to date in the Settings section. Payment schedules will be outlined on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments are only issued for successfully completed transactions. Our fair use policy allows us to review any referral order. Your commission status can be viewed in the Commission tab, and any paid commissions will be listed in the Payment tab. Orders that are refunded or result in chargebacks will not generate commission.

We may provide promotional materials such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions through the Marketing Tool tab. Feel free to download these assets or use the provided HTML code for your affiliate channels.
5. Network
If the Network tab is available, affiliates can invite others to join as sub-affiliates. If your downline affiliate brings a sale to Goldylost, you’ll also earn network commission as outlined by the merchant’s settings.
Invite new affiliates by sharing your network link; anyone who signs up via your link becomes your downline affiliate.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to track people who have clicked your link, so cookies must be enabled for us to track and record your referrals.
If a person disables or clears cookies, tracking is not possible and we cannot credit commissions for their actions.
