We know the feeling! That is why we offer Priority Dispatch at check out. By selecting Priority Dispatch you can skip the queue to ensure your order is processed first! We will personally drop what we are doing to rush your order to the post office!
- All standard orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, Australia. Please allow 3 – 7 days for processing.
- All Priority Dispatch orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, Australia. Please allow 1 – 3 days for processing.
- All delivery requires a signature on delivery and has full internet tracking. You will receive tracking details via email so you can follow your parcel online.
- We highly recommend purchasing additional Shipping Insurance at checkout to provide cover should your item be lost or damaged during transit.
- All Domestic orders express ship with Australia Post.
- All International orders ship with DHL.
- International orders shipped outside of Australia may attract custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer.
- Please be aware we do not ship to Italy or Spain due to Government restrictions on human hair items.
Once dispatched from GoldyLost Hair your item is the responsibility of the courier service. GoldyLost Hair does not hold responsibility for damaged or missing packages.
If you’d like extra peace of mind, you can add Extra Cover. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item while it’s being carried by Australia Post.
If you don’t purchase Extra Cover and your item is lost or damaged GoldyLost Hair and Australia Post are not liable for any compensation.

Time frames are to be used as a guide only, and we have no control over delivery time frames and delays.
It is important that the correct address is entered at check out. If you have entered incorrect information at check out please email GoldyLostHair@gmail.com immediately and we can try to amend your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the courier service. GoldyLost can not be held responsible for incorrect address delivery, or lost items due to incorrect address.
All packages are shipped with signature on delivery. If you are not home when your package arrives, it will be taken to a local post office for redelivery or collection. If you do not organise redelivery or collect your parcel within the requested time frame, your package will return to sender (GoldyLost). We will be able to reship the item to you at your own cost. This item will be classed as Final Sale. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost during “return to sender”.
For International shipping, you may be required to pay inbound duties or taxes before you can receive your delivery. The amount depends on your local customs and is a percentage of the total amount paid for the item. Please check if you are required to pay any duties or taxes before making purchase. These taxes are not paid to GoldyLost and are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.
Non-payment of these charges will result in your item being returned to GoldyLost. Please contact GoldyLost at GoldyLostHair@gmail.com to organise reshipment at your own cost or to cancel the order, which will incur a $195 restock fee.
In the unlikely case your item was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you will be required to follow up with Australia Post on where the item was delivered (ensure you provided the correct address) and who signed for the package.
