If you decide that your piece will not work for you, Goldylost Hair accepts returns on all stock wigs and hair toppers purchased online, this includes pre-orders. Read the full Returns Policy.

Return for Refund

Timeframe to Return : 72 hours

If eligible, a refund will be issued via the original payment method, minus a restock fee of $75 AUD for local (within Australia) and $75 USD for International orders.
Return for Exchange

Timeframe to Return: 10 Days.

If eligible, a full credit (no restock fee) will be issued and you can order something more suitable to your needs.

    International Shipping:
    Express shipped with DHL Worldwide. Estimated arrival time for the USA within 10 days. UK & Europe within 15 days.

    All prices are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

    International Orders:
    You may be required to pay inbound duties or taxes depending on your local customs. In that case, our courier partners (DHL) will contact you when the product reaches your customs in order to clear any duties or taxes.

    Goldylost is not responsible for paying custom duties or inbound taxes.These taxes are not paid to Goldylost and are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.

    What is a LAce topper?

    A hair topper is a hair extension that clips on to the top of your own hair, covering the top area of your head. It adds volume, length and also hides hair loss and thin areas.

    Lace toppers are very lightweight and breathable. Due to the very thin lace material they are perfect for those with thin hairlines or who want a lower density (less hair).
